PURPOSE: A transgenic chicken and a method for producing the same are provided to early diagnose diseases caused by zoonotic virus.CONSTITUTION: A vector for transformation contains a promoter of avian genes responding to stresses and a reporter gene which is operatively linked to the promoter. The avian gene is FKBP51. The stress releases glucocorticoid hormone. The reporter gene is GFP. A method for producing a transgenic chicken comprises: a step of preparing the vector a step of transducing the vector to a chicken fertilized egg and a step of hatching the fertilized egg.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 형질전환 닭 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는, 닭의 배반엽단계 수정란(stage-X)에 재조합 렌티바이러스(lentivirus)를 이용하여 닭의 FKBP51 유전자의 프로모터와 결합된 GFP 유전자가 도입된 형질전환 닭 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 닭의 FKBP51 유전자의 프로모터와 GFP 유전자가 도입된 제2세대 형질전환 닭(G1) 및 그 제조방법이 제공될 수 있다. 본 발명을 통해 제조된 형질전환 닭은 질병 조기식별 활용 가능성을 제공한다.
