A three-dimensional electrode device is provided.본 발명은 3차원 전극장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 망막에 손상을 가하지 않고 망막에 밀착하여 망막에 전기적 자극을 가할 수 있는 3차원 전극장치 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 3차원 전극장치에 있어서, 안구 내 광수용체층(photoreceptor)에 삽입되도록 마련되며, 투명 물질로 이루어진 기판부； 및 상기 기판부에 형성되며, 상기 망막을 자극하도록 마련된 복수의 전극부를 포함하며, 상기 기판부는 상기 망막 및 상기 광수용체층의 형상에 대응하여 변형되도록 마련되어, 상기 전극부를 상기 망막에 밀착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 전극장치를 제공한다.
