1. A method of obtaining a composition for drug delivery, comprising: - providing at least a pharmaceutically active composition that is in a dissolved state in a solution containing water and electrolyte; - mixing at least a hydrophobic solid component and a hydrophobic liquid with the formation of a hydrophobic matrix; and - mixing this hydrophobic matrix and this pharmaceutically active composition by machining to form a pasty or semi-solid composition for drug delivery; wherein said hydrophobic matrix of this hydrophobic solid component is maintained in a non-liquid state during mechanical processing; and - wherein this hydrophobic matrix is mixed to a uniform state with a dissolved pharmaceutically active composition to form a pasty or semi-solid composition for drug delivery. The method of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutically active composition further comprises at least one excipient selected from the group consisting of monosaccharides, disaccharides, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid, pectin, gum arabic and other gums, albumin, chitosan , collagen, collagen-n-hydroxysuccinimide, fibrin, fibrinogen, gelatin, globulin, polyamino acids, polyurethane containing amino acids, prolamine, polymers based on proteins, copolymers and their derivatives, and mixtures thereof. 3. A method according to claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutically active composition comprises at least a pharmaceutically active compound without any excipients. Way1.
