摘要：: The present invention relates to a photosensitizer-containing nanoparticle, comprising a photosensitizer covalently bonded throughout at least a part of said nanoparticle to the nanoparticle matrix material and incorporated therein in a quasi-aggregated state. The present invention further relates to methods for producing the invention nanoparticles, and to methods of killing cancer cells by PDT treatment using the said nanoparticles.本発明は、光増感剤含有ナノ粒子であって、前記ナノ粒子の少なくとも一部の全体にわたってナノ粒子マトリックス材料に共有結合で結合し、かつ、準凝集状態でその中に組み込まれた光増感剤を含む光増感剤含有ナノ粒子に関する。本発明はさらに、本発明のナノ粒子を作製する方法、および前記ナノ粒子を使用してPDT治療によって癌細胞を死滅させる方法に関する。
