COMPOSITION HAVING ANTICANCER ACTIVITY, CONTAINING INGREDIENT EXTRACTED FROM CORDYCEPS AND/OR MYCELIA-CULTURED SOLUTION THEREOF, AND FOOD AND DRUG EACH CONTAINING THE COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or ameliorate cancer by compounding daily takable food with a composition with anticancer activity containing ingredients extracted from Cordyceps and/or its mycelia-cultured solution, or by compounding drugs with such a composition containing the ingredients.SOLUTION: Cordyceps and/or its mycelia-cultured solution is subjected to, according as needed, hot water extraction； subsequently, the Cordyceps and/or its mycelia-cultured solution, or a solution obtained by subjecting the Cordyceps and/or its mycelia-cultured solution to hot-water extraction, is subjected to hydrous alcohol extraction； subsequently, the resulting solution obtained by the hydrous alcohol extraction is subjected to reverse-phase column chromatography under predetermined conditions to make a crude fractionation to obtain fractions. Thereafter, a composition with anticancer activity containing ingredients contained in fractions with retention times of 4.4-5.5 min (fractions F2 to 4) among the fractions, is obtained. Using the composition, cancer can be prevented or ameliorated.【課題】 本発明は、冬虫夏草（Cordyceps）及びその菌糸体培養液から抽出される成分を含有する抗ガン作用を有する組成物を日常的に摂取できる食品に配合することにより、もしくはそれら成分を含有する組成物を薬品に配合することにより、ガンを予防又は改善することを目的としてなされたものである。【解決手段】 冬虫夏草（Cordyceps）及び／又はその菌糸体培養液を必要に応じ熱水抽出し、次いで前記冬虫夏草及び／又は前記その菌糸体培養液、又はそれらの熱水抽出液を含水アルコール抽出し、次いでこの含水アルコール抽出液を所定条件の逆相カラムクロマトグラフィーに供して粗分画し得られる画分のうち、リテンションタイム４．４～５．５分の画分（画分Ｆ２－４）に含まれる成分を含有する抗ガン作用を有する組成物とすることにより、ガンを予防又は改善することができる。【選択図】 図１３
