Disclosed is a tinnitus treatment device comprising: a tinnitus diagnosis and prescription module for respectively generating an audial tone signal for the left ear tinnitus diagnosis and prescription and an audial tone signal for the right ear tinnitus diagnosis and prescription and respectively outputting the audial tone signals for the left and right ears tinnitus diagnosis and prescription to a tinnitus treatment programming module the tinnitus treatment programming module for respectively converting the input audial tone signals for the left and right ear tinnitus diagnosis and prescriptions to audial tone signals of the left and right ear tinnitus treatment and prescriptions according to a predetermined prescription formula further performing binaural synthesis optimization balanced programming and debugging processes by interacting with a patient and respectively outputting the further processed audial tone signals for the left and right ear tinnitus treatment and prescriptions to a tinnitus treatment instrument. The tinnitus treatment device can perform monaural debugging and/or binaural interaction whilst optimizing the balance programming and debugging to improve the therapeutic effect.
