The object of the present invention are novel peptide derivatives of diaryl esters of 1 - aminoalkylphosphonic acids and their use as inhibitors of NS3/4A protease expressed by human HCV virus in prophylaxis and therapy of viral hepatitis type C (VHC). The use of inhibitors with irreversible mechanism of inhibition in the treatment of HCV creates the possibility of effective improvement of the therapy inter alia by reducing the time of drug administration and limiting dosing to one drug.La présente invention concerne de nouveaux dérivés peptidiques d'esters diaryliques d'acides 1-aminoalkylphosphoniques et leur utilisation en tant qu'inhibiteurs de la protéase NS3/4A exprimée par le virus HCV humain dans la prévention et le traitement de l'hépatite virale de type C (VHC). L'utilisation d'inhibiteurs présentant un mécanisme d'inhibition irréversible dans le traitement de HCV ouvre la possibilité d'une amélioration efficace du traitement, notamment en réduisant la durée d'administration du médicament et en limitant le dosage à un médicament.
