PURPOSE: A persimmon aligning supply device is provided to enable the automation of fruit peel removal including a transfer process, a peel removal process, and a discharge process of fruits by supplying aligned fruits, like persimmon, automatically when peels are removed.CONSTITUTION: A conveyor(8) with multiple persimmon saucers(16) is installed to align and supply persimmons being rotated by a driving motor(14) in between support frames(4) of a main body(2). A persimmon alignment supply apparatus(A) on which a first blotting part(20) and a second blotting part(22) are formed side by side is equipped to hold persimmons supplied by being positioned on the persimmon saucers in one upper part of the conveyor by an operational control of an air cylinder(18). The first and second blotting parts comprise a transfer board(28) which moves to the left and right by being supported by a guide rod positioned outside of a fixed board(24) which is combined with the air cylinder in both sides.
