According to the present invention, an MNH-type multi-staged aqua farm includes: a plurality of stacked culture tanks that include a plurality of cell tanks with the length longer than the width arranged in parallel, and are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction to culture horizontally thin fish; a water supply device which supplies water to the cell tanks; a drainage device which drains water in the cell tanks to maintain a water level to be constant; a bioflock culture tank that is installed under the stacked culture tank arranged on the lowest stage, swirls water by using a plurality of air lifts to purify water supplied from the drainage device with microorganisms, additionally supplies air, and cultures fish, which is not horizontally thin and does not need a certain depth of water or deeper to be cultured; a pump unit of which one end portion is placed in the bioflock culture tank to suck water in the bioflock culture tank and the other end portion is connected with the water supply device
