A microfluidic chip for sorting sperm includes a substrate, a sample channel, and a plurality of divergent channels. The sample channel is disposed in the substrate. The divergent channels are disposed in the substrate. Each of the divergent channels includes a main channel and two branch channels. The two branch channels are connected to an end of the main channel away from the sample channel. The two branch channels are disposed at two sides of the main channel respectively. The sample channel and the main channels of the plurality of divergent channels are substantially connected to each other in serial along one direction.一種用於分選精蟲的微流道晶片。微流道晶片包含基座、樣品流道以及複數個分流流道。樣品流道設置於基座內。複數個分流流道設置於基座內。每一分流流道包含主流道以及兩支流道。兩支流道連接於主流道遠離樣品流道的一端。兩支流分別位於主流道的兩側。樣品流道與複數個分流流道的主流道實質上沿著一方向依序串接。
