PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a spray amount by a spray nozzle device and to simplify an attachment structure of the spray nozzle device.SOLUTION: A spray nozzle device 30 includes: a clip mechanism 40 a spray nozzle 52 and a spray amount adjustment mechanism 53. The clip mechanism includes a pair of sandwiching parts 42, 43 capable of swing with a fulcrum 41 as a center. The pair of sandwiching parts sandwich an attachment object 15 from both sides to enable the clip mechanism to be held on the attachment object. The spray nozzle and spray amount adjustment mechanism are incorporated in the clip mechanism.
