The present invention relates to a wearable device for exercise training. The wearable device includes: a data storage unit storing exercise equipment information including exercise pattern feature information of each exercise equipment and movement sensing information generated in an exercise training operation； a movement sensing unit which senses the movement of an exercising user to generate the movement information； and a control unit which extracts exercise pattern information from the movement information, recognizes the type of exercise equipment used by the user from the extracted exercise pattern information, extracts exercise execution information from the movement information, and generates customized exercise guide information for each user to provide the type of the exercise equipment, the exercise execution information, and the customized exercise guide information for each user.운동 기구별 운동 패턴 특성 정보를 포함하는 운동 기구 정보와, 운동 트레이닝시에 생성된 움직임 감지 정보를 저장하는 데이터 저장부； 운동시에 사용자의 움직임을 감지하여 움직임 정보를 생성하는 움직임 감지부； 및 상기 움직임 정보로부터 운동 패턴 정보를 추출하고, 추출된 운동 패턴 정보로부터 사용자가 이용하고 있는 운동 기구의 종류를 인식하고, 움직임 정보로부터 운동 실행 정보를 추출하고, 사용자별 맞춤 운동 가이드 정보를 생성하여, 상기 운동 기구의 종류, 상기 운동 실행 정보, 및 사용자별 맞춤 운동 가이드 정보를 제공하는 제어부를 포함하는 운동 트레이닝을 위한 웨어러블 기기가 제공된다.
