PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prefilled syringe preventing the damage of a nozzle part of an outer cylinder even if impact is applied to a cap mounted to the prefilled syringe.SOLUTION: A syringe 10 for the prefilled syringe includes the outer cylinder 2 including an outer cylinder body part 21 and the nozzle part 22, and a seal cap 3 attachable to and detachable from the nozzle part 22. The nozzle part includes an injection needle mounting tip part 24, an enlarged diameter part 36 provided on the rear end side of the tip part 24, and a seat face part 42a located at the rear end of the enlarged diameter part 36 and larger in outer diameter than the enlarged diameter part 36. The enlarged diameter part 36 includes nozzle side spiral ribs 25a, 25b extending from the tip part to the base end, and embedding parts 26a, 26b extending to reach the seat face part from the base end lower face of the spiral ribs to embed a space between both parts.
