The present invention discloses a drape for sterilizing a medical endoscope. According to the present invention, adhesion parts are formed on a sterilizing drape which is constituted by a thin blocking sheet, and a nozzle of an endoscope is wrapped with the sterilizing drape and is then sealed with the adhesion parts. In particular, the sterilizing drape of the present invention exposes the lens of the endoscope to the outside to prevent the distortion of an image captured by the endoscope, and one of the adhesion parts is laterally formed on the short side of the sterilizing drape having a rectangular shape while the other is longitudinally formed on the long side of the sterilizing drape, so as to seal the periphery of the endoscope just below the lens, thereby preventing body fluid of a patient from contacting the nozzle. Furthermore, according to the present invention, a sterilizing drape removal strip is adjacently formed parallel to the adhesion part formed in the longitudinal direction of the sterilizing drape. After using the endoscope, the sterilizing drape removal strip is pulled out to remove the adhesion part formed in the longitudinal direction of the sterilizing drape, thereby facilitating the removal of the sterilizing drape from the endoscope.
