The present invention relates to a seat-type rehabilitation robot for walking. The seat-type rehabilitation robot for walking comprises: a weight supporting part comprising an elevating part connected to the rear side of a vertical support to move up and down and a seat part which is connected to the elevating part, and on which a trainee sits; a walk actuating part which is connected to the weight supporting part and installed on the ground, has weight supporting links separately and bilaterally mounted to be parallel to each other and connected to footrests to train the walking of the trainee, and separately comprises, on both sides, a uniaxial actuating part for forward and backward movements according to the walk tracking of each footrest, a biaxial actuating part for the upward and downward movements of each footrest caused by the rotation of the weight supporting links, and a triaxial actuating part for the rotation of each footrest; a trainee transfer part connected to the walk actuating part and installed on the ground to move in order to assist the movement of the trainee; a weight sensing part connected to the rear end of the elevating frame, and connecting the elevating frame and a connecting frame to sense and measure the weight of the trainee who sits on a saddle; an actuation control part allowing the actuation of the weight supporting part and the walk actuating part; and a handle frame separately mounted on both sides of an inclined part which is a part of the trainee transfer part. The seat-type rehabilitation robot for walking adjusts the height of the saddle for a seat and can perform walk training in a state of supporting the weight of the trainee.
