PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base part capable of suppressing bending of a shaft part when a resin material is filled from an insertion end side, an interdental cleaning tool and a production method of an interdental cleaning tool.SOLUTION: There is provided a base part comprising a shaft part (20) and a grip part (30), for filling a resin material in a filling space in a state of holding the shaft part (20) with a holding pin, in a metal mold comprising a shape for forming the filling space on the surrounding of the shaft part (20). The shaft part (20) comprises a first guide groove (24) formed on one side of a shaft parallel plane and a second guide groove (26) formed on the other side of the shaft parallel plane.
