The present invention relates to a health diagnosis system using image information. The objective of the present invention is to check a user′s health state and recognize and diagnose a disease by deriving diagnostic results through comparative analysis of image information per user′s body part recognized through mobile PCs such as smartphones and tablet PCs and reference information for determining the name of the disease and the degree of the disease that can be diagnosed through examination elements per body part. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the health diagnosis system comprises: an information input unit to receive image information per user′s body part and basic information; a recognition unit to recognize the body part by automatically searching for the body part as an object based on the image information inputted through the information input unit; an analysis unit to derive diagnostic results by analyzing the image information recognized by the recognition unit according to the examination elements per body part and comparing the analyzed information with information stored in a pathology information database unit; the pathology information database unit to store reference information for determining the name of a disease and the degree of the disease which can be diagnosed through the examination elements per body part so that the diagnostic results can be derived by the comparison with the information analyzed by the analysis unit; and a diagnostic result database unit to store the image information per user′s body part inputted by the information input unit and the diagnostic results derived by the analysis unit.본 발명은 영상정보를 이용한 건강 진단 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 스마트폰 및 태블릿 PC 등의 모바일 PC를 통해 인식한 사용자의 신체 부위별 영상정보와, 신체 부위별 검사요소를 통해 진단할 수 있는 병명 및 병의 정도를 판단하는 기준정보와 비교분석하여 진단 결과를 도출함으로써, 사용자의 건강 상태 파악 및 병리를 인식하여 진단하도록 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 사용자의 신체 부위별 영상정보와, 기본정보를 입력받는 정보 입력부; 상기 정보 입력부를 통해 입력된 영상정보를 바탕으로, 신체 부위를
