The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an activated carbon (charcoal or charcoal grains) functional flowerpot using natural adhesive rosin and an activated carbon (charcoal or charcoal grains) functional flowerpot. According to the present invention, natural adhesive rosin is prepared by mixing rosin, which is obtained by distilling a pine resin through steam, and ethanol with purity of 95% in 3 to 25 wt% of the rosin, and then heating the mixture. An activated carbon (charcoal or charcoal grains) which has a particle size with porosity of 5% or more but no more than 40% is prepared. A functional activated carbon in which the natural adhesive rosin is mixed with activated carbon (charcoal or charcoal grains) in 10 to 70 wt% of the activated carbon. The functional activated carbon (charcoal or charcoal grains) is put in a flowerpot molding frame, and then molded into an activated carbon functional flowerpot.
