FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to surgery and can be used in surgical treatment of oncological patients. Essence of method is that, after radical removal of skin tumor of anterior surface of auricle in bovine muzzle furrow skin-fat flap of required size is cut out on upper or lower feeder leg, base of flap is de-epidermisable in form of pentagon, then a cartilage of auricle is carved rectangular window corresponding to cross-section of feeding leg of cut-out flap and excluding its infringement, flap is made in window on front surface of auricle so that de-epidermised segment of flap remains in soft tissues, and the distal portion of the unchanged skin of the flap covers the skin defect of the auricle front surface, further simulating the distal end of the flap, the distal edge is sutured with single sutures into the bed of the removed tumor, the proximal portion of the displaced skin is sutured with a thin suture with superficial epidermal sutures in order to avoid disturbed perfusion of the flap, then the wound of the parotid region is closed, epidermal sutures are used in the de-epidermised pentagon with a thin suture to avoid disturbed perfusion of the flap.EFFECT: use of the method enables eliminating auricle defect, preserving the initial anatomical features of the auricle with maximum preservation of healthy tissues and providing good conditions for the graft survival in treating malignant skin lesions of the auricle.1 cl, 8 dwg, 2 exИзобретение относится к медицине, к хирургии и может быть использовано при хирургическом лечении онкологических больных.
