PURPOSE: A goat feed composition for improving meat quality is provided to maximize the content of concentrated feed compare to coarse feed, and to essentially use pineapple, sulfur, elvan, and probiotics. CONSTITUTION: A goat feed composition for improving meat quality contains 10-20 wt% of coarse feed, 70-80 wt% of concentrated feed, and 1-5 wt% of additives. The coarse feed includes 100 parts by weight of alfalfa bale, 80-90 parts by weight of bean hull, and 80-90 parts by weight of timothy grass. The concentrated feed includes 100 parts by weight of pineapple, 40-50 parts by weight of corn flake, 30-40 parts by weight of lupine, 30-40 parts by weight of protein fiber, 1-5 parts by weight of sesame oil meal, 40-50 parts by weight of cottonseed, 80-90 parts by weight of germ oil meal, and other materials. The additive is selected from limestone, salt, sulfur, probiotics, and elvan.본 발명은 염소의 육질을 개선하기 위한 염소 사료 조성물에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 조사료 10 내지 20중량%, 농후사료 70 내지 80중량%, 첨가제 1 내지 5중량%로 구성되고, 사료의 구성 중 유황, 파인애플, 생균제 및 맥반석을 필수 성분으로 첨가하여 발효시킴으로써 상기 사료 조성물을 급여하여 사육한 염소의 육질에서 인체에 유익한 사포닌이 검출되고, 건강에 이로운 불포화 지방산이 포화지방산에 비해 높으며, 인체에 이로운 유황이 함유된 염소육을 얻을 수 있게 된다.
