PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a measuring process in an injection molding unit capable of compensatorily replenishing temperature lowering (temperature difference) of a resin in a storage part accompanying the progress of the measuring process by a feedback control in real time in a molding cycle.SOLUTION: A control method for the measuring process of an injection molding machine includes: previously obtaining the temperature B of a resin in a storage part corresponding to the retreat position of a screw, and a screw rotation torque C corresponding thereto; and controlling at least one of a screw revolution and the back pressure of the screw so that the resin temperature B in the storage part is maintained within a prescribed range B' to maintain the screw rotation torque C in a prescribed range C', in the measuring process.
