The invention relates to a film-type bioactive packing, meant for microbial reduction at the surface of the meat products from the "ready to consumption" category, to a process for obtaining the same and the use thereof during the products refrigeration period. According to the invention, the packing comprises, as a main ingredient, 2% chitosan combined with aqueous extracts of green tea and basil. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in mixing chitosan acidulated with glacial acetic acid, with aqueous plant extract, the mixture is sterilized at a temperature of 110°C for 10 min, it is poured into moulds which are dried at a temperature of 37°C for 2 h and stored.Invenţia se referă la un ambalaj bioactiv sub formă de film, destinat reducerii microbiene de la suprafaţa produselor din carne din categoria "gata pentru consum", la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia, şi la utilizarea sa pe durata perioadei de refrigerare a produselor. Ambalajul conform invenţiei conţine, ca ingredient principal, 2% chitosan combinat cu extracte apoase din ceai verde şi busuioc. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din aceea că se amestecă chitosan acidulat cu acid acetic glacial, cu extract apos de plante, amestecul se sterilizează la o temperatură de 110°C, timp de 10 min, se toarnă în forme care se usucă la o temperatură de 37°C, timp de 2 h, şi se depozitează.
