Here, the coupling member is composed of left and right coupling plates installed at both sides of the pad and the pipe. Each of the left and right coupling plates is composed of a bent portion formed at a front part an inclined portion connected to the bent portion a concave portion connected to the inclined portion and a parallel portion connected to the inclined portion. Here, one end of the concave portion is contacted with the outer circumference of the pipe. In addition, rear ends of the parallel portions of the left and right coupling plates are separately coupled to each other via a coupling bolt.
