PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump that prevents a chemical from entering an element, such as a motor, in a case through an opening in an infusion conveyance part, and performs infusing operation for injecting the chemical without causing any internal malfunction, by arranging a sealing material in the case so as to surround the opening.SOLUTION: The infusion pump 10 comprises: a case 11 to which a cassette with a transfusion tube for conveying a chemical is attached an infusion conveyance part 31 arranged on the case 11 for conveying out the chemical by being pressed against the infusion tube 21 and the motor M arranged in the case 11 to rotate the infusion conveyance part 31. In the infusion pump 10, the infusion conveyance part 31 is exposed to the outside of the case 11 through the opening 443 of the case 11 from the inside of the case 11.
