PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause a patient to know how soon a medical worker can visit a sickroom where the patient is when the medical worker responds to a call of a nurse call from the patient.SOLUTION: Radio transceiver installation position information and nurse call slave machine installation position information are stored. When a call is made by a nurse call slave machine, a portable terminal carried by a medical worker is made known, and when a response is made to it, a response signal is transmitted from the portable terminal. Map information highlighting the position identified by the radio transceiver installation position information of a radio transceiver that receives the response signal, and the position identified by the nurse call slave machine installation position information of the nurse call slave machine that has made a call is displayed in a display device installed in the vicinity of the nurse call slave machine so that the patient can estimate how soon the medical worker can come.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者からのナースコールの呼び出しに対して医療従事者が応答した場合に、医療従事者がどれくらいの時間で患者の居る病室を訪れることができるのかを患者に把握させることができる。【解決手段】無線送受信機設置位置情報とナースコール子機設置位置情報とを記憶させておき、ナースコール子機にて呼び出しが行われた場合に、医療従事者によって携帯される携帯端末を報知させ、それに対して応答した場合に携帯端末から応答信号を送信させる。そして、応答信号を受信した無線送受信機の無線送受信機設置位置情報によって特定される位置と、呼び出しを行ったナースコール子機のナースコール子機設置位置情報によって特定される位置とを強調したマップ情報を、ナースコール子機の近傍に設置されている表示装置に表示するので、患者は、医療従事者がどれくらいの時間で来るのかを推測できる。【選択図】図2
