The present disclosure provides methods for enhancing the immune response toward cancers and pathogens. It relates to phosphatidylserine (PS) blockers and immunoresponsive cells comprising antigen-recognizing receptors. Specifically, the methods comprise administering to a subject: (a) an effective amount of immunoresponsive cells or a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof, wherein the immunoresponsive cell comprises an antigen recognizing receptor that binds to an antigen, and (b) an effective amount of a PS blocker； and further wherein the antigen recognizing receptor is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) or a T cell receptor (TCR).La présente invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions visant à amplifier la réponse immunitaire aux cancers et aux agents pathogènes. L'invention concerne des agents bloquant la phosphatidylsérine (PS) et des cellules immunoréactives comprenant des récepteurs reconnaissant l'antigène.
