FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. Aortic wall is dissected longitudinally on commissure between left coronary and border of flaps from edge of cross section of aorta to base front flaps of mitral valve. Dissected aortic wall turned outside and that is followed by reduction of its integrity by U-suture outside aorta at level of upper edge of aortic valve cusps. Suture is applied so that flap smoothly match, and a longitudinal incision of aorta is closed with uninterrupted double-row suture - first row of U-shaped, second row - blanket. Further, alternately similarly dissected and aortic wall is restored on commissure between right and left coronary cusps from edge of cross section of aorta to muscular part of interventricular septum, and wall of aortic commissure between right border from edge flaps and cross section of aorta to membranous portion interventricular septum. To reinforce fibrous ring of aortic valve is a circular suture on area of outlet channel of left ventricle. Additionally, outside aorta, at level of tops of commissure is thick ligature, tightening adjustment approach degree commissure on heart under control of transoesophageal echocardiography.
