To provide a respiratory treatment device capable of delivering pressure threshold therapy in parallel with OPEP therapy during inhalation.SOLUTION: A respiratory treatment device 600 comprises: a housing 601 having a chamber； an inhalation portal 602； a mouthpiece 603； an inhalation flow path 604 therebetween； a restrictor member 609 disposed in an exhalation flow path； and a pressure threshold valve 611 disposed in the inhalation portal. The restrictor member moves between a closed position, where the flow of air is restricted according to a flow of air along the inhalation flow path, and an open position, where the flow of air is less restricted. The pressure threshold valve maintains the inhalation portal in a closed state until a negative pressure is obtained in the inhalation portal.
