摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine which is specific to a patient's tumor and may be useful for immunotherapy of a primary tumor and tumor metastasis. In one aspect, the present invention is a method of providing a personalized cancer vaccine, wherein (a) a cancer-specific somatic cell mutation in a tumor specimen of a cancer patient is identified and the cancer mutation of the patient. The present invention relates to a method including a step of providing a signature and (b) a step of providing a vaccine characterized by the cancer mutation signature obtained in step (a). In a further aspect, the invention relates to a vaccine that can be obtained by the method described above.
