PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geared motor capable of being down-sized and thinned, and a transfusion pump device using the geared motor.SOLUTION: A geared motor 16 is constituted of a motor 21 and a differential planetary gear mechanism 31. In the motor 21, the length of a drive shaft 21c is shorter than the diameter of a stator 21a, and the thicknesses of the stator and a rotor 21b are made thinner than the length of the drive shaft 21c. The external diameter of the differential planetary gear mechanism 31 is made equal to or less than the diameter of the stator 21a of the motor 21.
