The present invention relates to surgical device for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device for treating hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, designed to shave off thickened ventricular septum on left ventricle and also to carry out a surgery on hypertrophic cardiomyopathy which is a disease that ventricular septum on left ventricle in heart of animals or human body becomes thick. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the surgical device for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy comprises: a semispherical blade part to shave off and scratch enlarged ventricular septum on left ventricle； a connection part connecting the blade part and a handle part together； and the handle part connected and fixated to the connection part and held by a user. Desirably, the handle is a scissor part having a scissor-like shape.본 발명은 비후성 심근증 수술용 기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 동물이나 인체의 심장의 좌심실 심실중격이 두꺼워지는 질환인 비후성 심근증 수술을 위해서, 두꺼워진 좌심실 심실중격을 깎아내기 위한 비후성 심근증 치료용 기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 비후성 심근증 수술용 기구는 비대해진 좌심실 심실중격을 긁어서 깎아내기 위한 반구형 형상의 칼날부； 상기 칼날부와 손잡이부를 연결하는 연결부； 및 상기 연결부에 연결고정되어 사용자가 잡을 수 있는 손잡이부；를 포함한다. 바람직하게는 상기 손잡이는 가위형상을 지니는 가위부이다.
