The invention is related to a process for obtaining an adapted strain of Pseudomonas, comprising the following steps: • deleting the genes ExoS, ExoT, aroA and lasl in an initial Pseudomonas strain cultivated in a LB medium, • progressively cultivating this strain in a chemically defined medium based on a glucose minimal medium supplemented with magnesium and calcium, wherein the adapted strain presents the same toxicity and secretion capacities than the initial strain, and its doubling time when cultivated in said chemically defined medium is less than 60 minutes. The present invention is also related to the adapted strain such as obtained, in particular wherein the adapted strain is furthermore treated to become 'killed but metabolically active'.L'invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'une souche adaptée de Pseudomonas, comprenant les étapes suivantes : • la délétion des gènes ExoS, ExoT, aroA et lasI dans une souche de Pseudomonas initiale mise en en culture dans un milieu LB, • la mise en culture progressive de cette souche dans un milieu chimiquement défini sur la base d'un milieu minimal en glucose supplémenté avec du magnésium et du calcium, la souche adaptée présentant la même toxicité et les mêmes capacités de sécrétion que la souche initiale, et son temps de doublement lorsqu'elle est mise en culture dans ledit milieu chimiquement défini étant inférieur à 60 minutes. La présente invention concerne également la souche adaptée telle qu'obtenue, en particulier la souche adaptée ayant été traitée en outre pour devenir « tuée mais métaboliquement active ».
