PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil containing unrefined olive oil which has excellent cold resistance and maintains favorable flavor of olive oil, and to provide a foodstuff containing the edible oil.
SOLUTION: The edible oil contains 45-70 mass% of unrefined olive oil and 55-30 mass% of high oleic/low linolenic acid rapeseed oil. The foodstuff contains the edible oil.
