PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PTP cassette 10 which is not easily affected by the material, rigidity or end part condition of a PTP medicine 8, has a broad application range and is capable of high speed dispense as well.SOLUTION: A PTP cassette 10 includes an aligning and storing portion 11 for holding PTP medicine 8 while laying them, respectively, vertically piling them up, and storing them, and successive dispense mechanisms 15-18 for performing forward feeding of a movable member 16 to act on the PTP medicine 8 at the bottom along the bottom of the aligning and storing portion 11 by a feed mechanism, and the PTP medicine 8 are fed sideways in the order from the bottom and dispensed forward from a dispense port 14. The feed mechanism includes an endless belt 15 stretching in the front and back direction at the bottom of the aligning and storing portion 11 and serving also as the inner bottom member of the storage space of the aligning and storing portion 11, the movable member 16 projects on the outer circumferential surface of the endless belt 15, and when a projection portion formation surface 8b of the PTP medicine 8 is positioned on the lower side at the inner bottom of the storage space, the movable member 16 abuts on the projection portion 8c when the movable member 16 is fed forward, and the PTP medicine 8 is fed sideways.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】PTP包装剤8の材質や剛性さらには端部状態の影響を受け難くて適用範囲が広く高速排出も可能なPTPカセット10を実現する。【解決手段】PTP包装剤8を各々は横にして縦に積み重ね収納する整列収納部11と、最下のPTP包装剤8に作用する可動部材16を送り機構にて整列収納部11の底に沿って前送りする順次排出機構15~18とを備えていて、PTP包装剤8を下から順に横送りして排出口14から前方へ排出するPTPカセット10において、整列収納部11の底部で前後方向に張設されて整列収納部11の収納空間の内底部材を兼ねる無端ベルト15を送り機構に設け、可動部材16を無端ベルト15の外周面に突設して、PTP包装剤8が収納空間の内底で突起部形成面8bを下にしていれば可動部材16の前送り時に可動部材16が突起部8cに当接してPTP包装剤8が横送りされるようにする。【選択図】 図1
