The present invention relates to an NFC or a RFID based sensor measurement device, and a measuring method using thereof. The NFC or RFID based sensor measurement device comprises: a sensor connecting portion where a sensor is detachable and a sensor measuring portion electrically connected to the sensor, wirelessly receiving electricity from an external electronic device, and wirelessly transferring to the external electronic device after measuring a measurement target value with the sensor.
