PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartilage transplant kit for trachea regeneration and a cartilage transplant for trachea regeneration having enough strength and improved take state and durability.SOLUTION: A cartilage transplant kit for trachea regeneration and a cartilage transplant for trachea regeneration comprise a regeneration cartilage body, a membranous component and a matrix component fixing the regeneration cartilage body to the membranous component. The regeneration cartilage body comprises a platform component consisting of a biodegradable porous material and a cartilage cell fixed through hydrogel on the surface of the platform component. The matrix component contains a tissue inductive substance.
