PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extract useful for the therapy of indications such as digestive or urinary tract disorders.SOLUTION: The extract from one or two or more kinds of Escherichia coli strains contains less than 100 &mu；g/mL of nucleic acid, and at least 0.3 mg/mL of saccharides selected from monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides, in which the lipopolysaccharide components from at least one kind of Escherichia coli (E. coli) strains selected from NCTC: 8603, 8621, 8622, 8623, 9026, 9111, 9119, 9707 and 9708, and I: 081, 082, 083, 084, 085, 086, 087, 088, and 089 is preserved.【課題】消化管又は尿管の障害のような適応症の治療に有用な抽出物の提供。【解決手段】NCTC：8603、8621、8622、8623、9026、9111、9119、9707及び9708、並びにI: 081、082、083、084、085、086、087、088及び089から選択される少なくとも1種の大腸菌(E. coli)株からのリポ多糖成分を保持し、100μg/mL未満の核酸及び少なくとも0.3 mg/mLの単糖類、二糖類及び多糖類から選択される糖類を含む、1種又は複数種の大腸菌株からの抽出物。【選択図】なし
