The image synthesis method for a mobile terminal comprises: when a user uses a mobile terminal to shoot an object to be shot, performing phase focusing on the object to be shot according to preset pixels of a photosensitive element in the mobile terminal; controlling the photosensitive element to move at an initial location, so as to replace the preset pixels by using original pixels, and obtaining replacement pixels; collecting first photosensitive data of the object to be shot according to the replacement pixels, and controlling the photosensitive element to recover to the initial location; shooting the object to be shot, and enabling the photosensitive element to collect second photosensitive data of the object to be shot at the initial location; and performing synthesis to obtain an image of the object to be shot according to the first photosensitive data and the second photosensitive data.
