PURPOSE: A germicide container and a germicide fixed quantity supplying system of a sterilizer using thereof are provided to remove the necessity of using an additional removal system for removing a remaining germicide.CONSTITUTION: A germicide container includes a vessel(111) for storing a germicide, an auto-sealing valve(112), and an overpressure prevention unit(113). The vessel includes an outlet for inserting and discharging the germicide. The auto-sealing valve is installed on the outlet for maintaining the sealed condition of the outlet, and for opening the outlet when the germicide container is installed on a germicide fixed quantity supplying system. The overpressure prevention unit is installed on the vessel for preventing the overpressure of the container.
