A process for preparing an enriched IgG composition from plasma, the process comprising the steps of: (a) precipitating a plasma fraction devoid of cryoprecipitate, in a first precipitation stage, with alcohol between about 6% and about a 10% at a pH between about 7.0 and about 7.5 to obtain a first precipitate and a first supernatant; (b) precipitate the IgG of the first supernatant, in a second precipitation stage, with alcohol between about 20% and about 25% at a pH between about 6.7 and about 7.3 to form a second precipitate; (c) resuspend the second precipitate to form a suspension; (d) precipitate the IgG of the suspension formed in step (c), in a third stage of precipitation, with alcohol between about 22% and about 28% at a pH between about 6.7 and about 7.3 to form a third precipitate; (e) resuspend the third precipitate to form a suspension; and (f) separating the soluble fraction from the suspension formed in step (e), thereby forming an enriched IgG composition, in which at least one of the first precipitation stage, second precipitation stage, or third stage of precipitation comprises the addition by spraying of alcohol.Un procedimiento para preparar una composición de IgG enriquecida a partir de plasma, comprendiendo el procedimiento las etapas de: (a) precipitar una fracción de plasma desprovisto de crioprecipitado, en una primera etapa de precipitación, con alcohol entre aproximadamente un 6 % y aproximadamente un 10 % a un pH de entre aproximadamente 7,0 y aproximadamente 7,5 para obtener un primer precipitado y un primer sobrenadante; (b) precipitar la IgG del primer sobrenadante, en una segunda etapa de precipitación, con alcohol entre aproximadamente un 20 % y aproximadamente un 25 % a un pH de entre aproximadamente 6,7 y aproximadamente 7,3 para formar un segundo precipitado; (c) resuspender el segundo precipitado para formar una suspensión; (d) precipitar la IgG de la suspensión formada en la etapa (c), en una tercera etapa de precipitación, co
