PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for stably achieving producing a substantially straight noodle line without having strong longitudinal waves even in a mass production line.SOLUTION: The method for producing a noodle line that cuts out a noodle sheet in a noodle line shape using a rotary cutting-out device including at least a pair of cutting blade rolls, a scraper member, and an air current supplying unit including a plurality of air current supplying members.
