The present invention relates to a drainage check device for hydrops abdominis paracentesis. The drainage check device comprises: a housing having an internal volume, having a connection unit formed in a lower side thereof, having a stepped part formed in a multilayer structure therein, having a penetration unit formed in one side thereof, having a guide rod formed in the inner center thereof, and having transparent sight windows formed in both sides thereof, in which a coupling unit coupled with a support cap having the center penetrated is disposed in the outside of the penetration unit; a silicon plug inserted and installed in the penetration unit of the housing, and pressed, inserted, and fixed by the support cap; a check ball guided to the guide rod of the housing to be upwardly and downwardly flowed, and checking whether a drainage is fed into the housing; a tri-directional valve coupled with the connection unit of the housing; and a paracentesis needle connected with the tri-directional valve and sticking a lesion part along with a catheter to access the abdominal part. While a lesion part is made to access the abdominal part for hydrops abdominis paracentesis by making a paracentesis needle access the lesion part along with a catheter, the absorption of initial hydrops abdominis may be easily grasped under a vacuum pressure released condition in a housing. Accordingly, irrespective of the quantity of hydrops abdominis, hydrops abdominis may be safely checked when hydrops abdominis paracentesis is needed. At the same time, a state in which hydrops abdominis is fed in the drainage check device is identified according to a position of a check ball in the housing. Also, the drainage check device is disassembled, and a conduit is connected through a single catheter, so an operation of draining hydrops abdominis from the abdominal part may be smoothly performed. Accordingly, the occurrence of complications with respect to hydrops abdominis paracentesis is minimize
