The Lilly Library at Indiana University Bloomington houses rare books, manuscripts and special collections. It created this site to provide access to some of the 150,000 pieces of sheet music found in its collection. The sheet music found online are digitized images of the original music documents and allow users from around the world to access and view these documents. The collection contains an eclectic list of titles from songs by Scott Joplin, Cole Porter and Irving Berlin to the Chicago World Exposition's Grand March written for the 1893 World's Fair. Publication dates for this music range from 1800-2004.
