The Agricultural Marketing Service will be handling this report under the title "National Dairy Products Sales Report" It will be available starting April 4, 2012 at http://usda.mannlib.cornell.edu/MannUsda/viewDocumentInfo.do?documentID=1845 This report contains weekly weighted average prices received and aggregated volumes of sales of cheddar cheese, butter, nonfat dry milk, and dry whey. Information is based on a survey of manufacturers that sell specific products on a bulk, wholesale basis. Regional data is published where possible. Weekly reports contain the most recent five weeks of data.
