- Key View Key View: While Russia's agricultural output will generally not match the record-breaking output of20 77 in 2018, the long-term outlook remains positive. Russia broke historical records in the production of wheat, com, sugar, poultry and pork in 2017 and is approaching self-sufTiciency in sugar and poultry.
