This report provides an in-depth look at the tradeoff between participant access and program costs in USDA\u0027s Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), synthesizing several studies of WIC in Greater Los Angeles, CA, from 2009 to 2013.
