PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation protection device for protecting vegetation, preventing a wild animal from entering on a vegetation area and easily installed on the vegetation area, and a vegetation protection structure configured by disposing a plurality of vegetation protection devices.SOLUTION: A plurality of vegetation protection devices 100 are continuously disposed on a vegetation area in a row for protecting plants from the upper part. The vegetation protection device comprises: a support frame 101 erected on the vegetation area a plurality of protection shafts 102, base ends of which are rotationally connected to the support frame and that are disposed at prescribed intervals apart from each other and connection means 104 for connecting the tips of the protection shafts to the support frame.
