PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a method for enhancing CD56T cells easily and efficiently, using T cells and monocytes included in blood collected from donor, and to provide relatively inexpensively a CD56T cell-enhanced blood preparation obtained by the method.SOLUTION: The method for enhancing CD56-positive T cells is provided, comprising cultivating T cells through mixing them with CD56-positive dendritic cells and cytokine； wherein, for further enhancing CD56-positive CD8-positive cytotoxic T cells, the CD56-positive dendritic cells are sensitized with a disease antigenic peptide, while for further enhancing CD56-positive &gamma；&delta；T cells, the CD56-positive dendritic cells are sensitized with a bisphosphonate derivative or a salt or hydrate thereof.
