PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition suppressing increase of impurities accompanying formulation of statin drugs typified by atorvastatin or derivatives thereof and preventing reduction in a content with time a method for preparing the composition and use of the composition.SOLUTION: When calcium sulfate is combined with a statin drug or a derivative thereof, a stable preparation is obtained. That is, by addition of calcium sulfate, decomposition of active ingredients is greatly prevented, increase of impurities accompanying formulation is suppressed, and reduction with time in a content of the active ingredients can be prevented.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、アトルバスタチンに代表されるスタチン系薬剤またはその誘導体の製剤化に伴う不純物の増加を抑制し、経日的な含量低下を防止する医薬組成物、当該組成物を調製する方法、ならびにその使用を提供する。【解決手段】スタチン系薬剤またはその誘導体に硫酸カルシウムを配合すると、安定な製剤が得られることを見出した。すなわち、硫酸カルシウムの添加により、顕著に有効成分の分解が抑えられ、製剤化に伴う不純物の増加を抑制し、有効成分の経日的な含量低下を防止することができるという技術思想を確立した。【選択図】なし
