In one embodiment, the present invention relates to a peptide analogue of xenin or gastric inhibitory polypeptide for use in the treatment of neurological disorders. Also disclosed are methods of treatment of of neurological disease, and use of a peptide analogue according to the invention in the manufacture of a medicament for treating neurological disorders.
